Generally, we operate on a good faith policy. Once you have been issued a confirmation number, all prices are locked in regardless of whether you are buying or selling to us. All costs of packing, racking, and insurance work will be passed along to the customer.

No. All metal is stored in secured vaults away from our location. We ship in every circumstance.
