When will I receive my order?
Normally within 3 to 5 days in the continental Unites States after good funds are received

How is my package shipped?
Packages are shipped via USPS or Brinks to residents or entities only.

Will I receive tracking info?
Yes, once your order is shipped you will receive notification

Can I cancel my order?
Generally, we operate on a good faith policy. Once you have been issued a confirmation number, all prices are locked in regardless of whether you are buying or selling to us. All cost of packing, racking and insurance work will be passed along to the customer.

Do you purchase precious metals?

Do you deal in Numismatic coins
No. Our products are referred to as Raw Fresh Bullion coins and bars. Usually but not always directly from the sovereign mints or foundries.

Can I get a discount on large purchases?
Yes. Give us a call and tell us what you want to purchase.

Can I pick up my coins or bars at your location?
No. All metal is stored in secured vaults away from our location.

How do I pay for my precious metals?
We accept Credit cards and Pay Pal. Transaction cost are passed through to you
We accept direct wires and checks. There is a holding period on checks before shipment

Credit Card Cost
An additional fee is added on to the product price as a convenience fee so that you can use an alternative payment channel.
