BY USING THIS ZANER METALS WEBSITE YOU ARE AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY THESE POLICIES, WHICH ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE FROM TIME TO TIME BY US IN OUR SOLE DISCRETION WITHOUT NOTICE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THESE POLICIES, YOU ARE ADVISED NOT TO USE OUR SERVICES. FURTHERMORE, THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CONTAINED HEREIN MAY BE SUPPLEMENTED OR MODIFIED BY ANY AGREEMENT THAT YOU ENTER INTO WITH US.

Investment Advice, Grading & Authenticity:

We do not give any investment advice and/or guarantee profits and you shall be solely responsible for making any decision to purchase coins. We advise you that prior performance cannot be used to predict future value of coins. In making any decision to buy or sell coins you should view such decisions strictly in the context of purchasing such coins as collector coins and any investment advice should be obtained by your own financial expert.

You are reminded that the coin market is volatile and coin prices will fluctuate. Consequently, you can lose or gain on your principle, and the resale value of your coin(s) and bar(s) may or may not be equal to the original purchase price.

Many coins are graded and authenticated by third-party services. However, certification does not eliminate market risk nor guarantee associated risk with the grading of coins.

Coin and Bar Pricing:

While we strive to keep our prices and inventory current, variances may occur due to changing market conditions, coin and bar availability, and/or typographical errors. All orders will be confirmed prior to finalizing the sale.

Coin and bar prices based on spot price are automatically recalibrated every minute and at checkout.

As the markets are constantly moving, the final price for an item will be determined at the time of checkout.

Ordering Policies:

All metals are subject to market fluctuation prior to sale. We are not responsible for typographical errors and reserve the right to void a sale at our discretion. Market volatility or problems updating this website may result in inaccurate pricing resulting in a canceled transaction.

A five percent, non-refundable deposit is required when submitting an order. We must receive your bank wire payment within twenty-four hours of sale confirmation. If payment is not received by us within the twenty-four hours, we reserve the right to cancel the order and you will forfeit the five percent deposit, plus applicable market loss. You are not entitled to any market gain in relation to non-timely payment of your order. Orders paid by bank wires will be shipped upon receipt of transferred funds and after any stated delays and/or general processing time.

If an order is placed for an item that is out of stock we will refund to you the full purchased price of the item(s), including any taxes, fees shipping or handling costs that may be due. If you do not receive an order confirmation number for a website order, the order is not confirmed and you must call in to confirm or reorder.

Orders may not be combined for shipping purposes.

We reserve the right to void or cancel any order that does not comply with our internal security measures. Zaner Metals, at its sole discretion, may choose to offer an alternate method of payment for those orders that do not meet internal security standards. Should you choose not to accept the alternate method of payment; the order will be canceled without further recourse on your part.

At our sole discretion, any customer who cancels or does not pay for an order will NOT be able to purchase from us again. If you have any money on account or pay for a future order, that money will be applied to the previous unpaid order, less the five percent restocking fee and applicable market loss. You are not entitled to any market gain.

All bullion coin and bar sales are final.

Payment Policies:

NO orders will be shipped until payment is received.

Payment must be made by bank wire or credit card.

We DO NOT accept personal checks, cashier checks, money orders, bank drafts (bill pay), ACH, or cash.

We must receive bank wire payments no later than the next business day.

Payment by bank wire requires a five percent credit card deposit. Should you cancel an order or fail to pay for an order in full, you will forfeit the five percent deposit, plus applicable market loss. You are not entitled to any market gain in relation to a canceled order. All orders not paid in full shall pay restocking and/or repacking fees.

If a customer places multiple orders and pays for one of the orders and not the others, we reserve the right to use the money that was paid for any of your orders and apply these funds to all unpaid orders to cover all five percent restocking fees, as well as any and all market loss. Any remaining balance will be returned to the customer. Customer is not entitled to any market gain.

If payment is not made in the allotted time frame, or the customer cancels the order, we may turn the account over to our collection agency and the customer will be responsible for all fees associated with the collection of the owed debt.

Wire Transfer Information:

Bank wire transfers must include your name, as well as your address (including city, state, and zip code). If you would like an alternate shipping location, the updated shipping information must be listed on the bank wire in the special note section. If for whatever reason an address is not present on the wire transfer, your order may not be authorized by our security department for shipment and your wired funds will be returned to you.

IF THE ADDRESS IS NOT ON THE BANK WIRE OR DOES NOT MATCH, WE MAY FORWARD YOU A RELEASE FORM WHICH MUST BE NOTARIZED AND RETURNED PROMPTLY BEFORE SHIPMENT CAN TAKE PLACE. WE HAVE INSTITUTED THIS POLICY TO PROTECT BOTH YOU AND US AS BANK FRAUD HAS TAKEN ON EPIDEMIC PROPORTIONS. THANK YOU FOR YOUR UNDERSTANDING AND COOPERATION.

Return Policy:

All coins and bars that are returned to us must be shipped by a major carrier and be registered and insured.

When you return or send coins or bars we will NOT assume any responsibility while product is in transit, and will only assume responsibility while coins/bars are in our physical care, custody, and control.

Certified coins will not be accepted for return if protective case has been damaged or tampered with.

There will be no returns on bullion-type coins and bars.

An itemized invoice must be included when coins and bars are shipped back to us.

Shipping:

Rates can be found by adding your selected items to your shopping cart and entering your zip code into the shipping calculator. The prices shown include the cost of shipping and full insurance.

All orders are shipped in full once every product on the order is in stock. If your order contains an item that is delayed, the order will ship once all products in the order are in stock.

We will bear the risk of loss of goods until tender of delivery, at which time the risk of loss will shift to you.

In the event that a package has not been delivered by UPS, USPS, etc., we will not be able to refund or reship the purchased product if lost in shipping until the appropriate carrier has notified us in writing that the package has been declared lost. At that point in time we will, at our discretion, either replace or refund the full purchase price.

International Shipping:

Payment for international orders can only be made via wire transfer. For shipping cost please contact us. You are responsible for all duties and taxes that may be charged. If a package is unclaimed by you and sent back to

us We will refund the purchase price minus five percent and all shipping and insurance costs incurred. We are not responsible for any duties "and/or" taxes when product arrives in your respective country. We will only wire back funds to the same sender, no exceptions.

Shipping times will be extended if we are not able to reach you via phone or email to obtain further information regarding your payment.

If you feel a package is damaged or has been tampered with upon arrival, do not accept the package and notify us immediately. Once you have signed for the package, we assume no further responsibility or liability.

If a customer's order is returned to us for any reason, the customer will be responsible to pay another shipping charge before we reship the package.

For international orders, we require that you pay all wire fees associated with sending a wire to Zaner Metals.

PRIVACY POLICY:

Your privacy is important to us. To better protect your privacy, we provide this notice explaining our online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used.

Email Addresses: We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared or sold to outside parties.

Shipping Information: We use the information you provide about yourself when placing an order only to complete that order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order.

We use the information you provide about someone else when placing an order only to ship the product and to confirm delivery. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order.

Data Security: To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.
